In the first week of the year I crossed into Mexico and thus began the journey as a Boy Scout through all of Mexico and Central America.

I ended up in Panama with 13 dollars and no bicycle so had to get a job for passage back to the US.  I got a job with the Inter-American Geodetic survey which took me into the mountains and jungles of Panama for some wonderful adventures.
